This website is operated by Zoila Moscoso of New Century Investment Realty. It explains what happens to the information you enter here.
What this site collects
- A name, email address and telephone number, when one is entered on a form.
- Anything typed into the free-text message box on a form.
- Which page a form was submitted from, and the referring site.
- The IP address and browser details sent by every web request.
- Questions typed into the chat assistant, where a site has one, together with the IP address they came from. Both are deleted after the period the agent has set, unless the conversation became an inquiry.
- The agent whose site this is can read conversations with the chat assistant.
What it does not collect
This site is for getting in touch. It is not a transaction system, and it has no fields for:
- Social Security numbers.
- Income, employment or asset details as structured fields.
- Dates of birth.
- Credit scores or credit reports.
- Bank or card account numbers.
Please don't type any of that into the message box either. Contracts and documents for a purchase or sale are handled separately, not here.
Why it is collected
To answer your inquiry, to contact you about it, and to run and secure the site itself. You are contacted by phone or email about the inquiry you submitted. You are not added to a marketing list by submitting a form.
Who else can see it
Your information is not sold, and it is not shared for anyone else's advertising. It is handled by Zoila Moscoso and by the service providers that run this site:

How long it is kept
An inquiry is kept for as long as Zoila Moscoso is working with you or may reasonably need to follow up. A partially completed form that is never submitted is deleted after 30 days. Encrypted backups are kept on a rolling schedule and age out on their own.
Cookies
This site sets a cookie to keep your session working and to protect forms against abuse.
It does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Getting in touch about your information
To ask what is held about you, to correct it, or to ask for it to be deleted, contact Zoila Moscoso at [email protected] or on (562) 843-7515.
Your rights
If you live in California, or in another state with a consumer privacy law, you have the right to know what personal information this site holds about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and not to be treated differently for asking. This site does not sell your personal information and does not share it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. To use a right, contact Zoila Moscoso as described above, from the email address you used here or naming it; a request to delete is confirmed by a reply to that address before anything is removed. You receive an answer within 45 days. Someone you authorise in writing may ask for you.
Changes
If this notice changes, the effective date at the top of the page changes with it.
